“Agreement between the Czech Republic and the United States of America on establishing a United States ballistic missile defense radar site in the Czech Republic,” or the so called Main agreement on radar, signed by the Czech minister of foreign affairs Karl Schwarzenberg and the American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on the 8th of July 2008 in Prague.
