On the 31st January 2009, “Europe against US Missile Defence conference” took place in London. The event was organized by well-known British civic movement Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament chaired by Kate Hudson.

Jana Glivicka (on the photo), the spokesperson of the No to Bases initiative was also invited and delivered a speech about situation in Czech republic, where military radar should be built as another part of the so-called US missile defense.
