UK lawmakers criticise U.S. missile shield plan

British legislators have questioned the plan to deploy parts of American missile shield in central Europe. The proposed interceptors in Poland and the radar in Czech republic could in fact harm NATO's interests while not really contributing
to the security of the continent, especially given
the opposition of Russia.
This criticism came from the Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee,
which is composed of deputies from both Conservative and Labor party.
